Spectral Analysis & Specifications
Independently verified
Calm Lighting was independently tested in a photometric laboratory using spectral analysis — the gold-standard method for verifying blue-light claims, measuring exactly how much light a source emits at each wavelength.
The results confirmed 0.0% emission in the 380–500nm range, the wavelengths most disruptive to melatonin production after dark. The data also verified a 1600K colour temperature and 610nm peak wavelength, placing Calm Lighting deeper into the amber range than other no-blue-light LEDs on the market.
Calm Light LEDs have been classified as Risk Group 0, no photobiological hazard, even with extended exposure to skin and eyes.
