About the Founder
I'm Geeta, the founder, principal consultant and owner of Dwellness.
In my lengthy professional career, I've held leadership roles in health-related industries including healthcare quality improvement, program evaluation, medical research administration and health service commissioning.
Wanting to see real outcomes from disease prevention and healthy living, I established Dwellness to help individuals and families create home environments where they will thrive. I specialise in mould prevention and assessment, and offer coaching, products and resources to support my clients to achieve results. I'm particularly concerned with my "little clients" who have so much to gain from a healthy environment in early childhood.
I value health, nature and personal freedom. I believe that self-responsibility enables people to live their fullest life, and my role is to help people "take ownership" of their home environment.

My Expertise
As a healthy home expert, I evaluate your home with your health goals in mind. My views are informed by data from professional measurement tools and laboratory results. Based on your particular circumstances and testing outcomes, I offer evidence-based and practical strategies to reduce your exposure to health hazards.
My primary focus is on air quality, specialising in mould, allergens and lead. As complementary services, I assess noxious gases, VOCs and EMFs for health-conscious clients.
My role is to provide the knowledge and tools you need to make informed choices about your home and health.

The Dwellness approach combines my expert education and advice with your clear goals and actions. Together, we have the formula for enduring changes which make a real difference to your health. Healthy homes are a lifestyle, not a destination! I can work with people all over the globe through our educational materials and videoconferencing calls.
If you live in my local area (SE Queensland, Northern NSW and Mid North Coast NSW Australia), I offer on-site home assessment services. I can work in conjunction with your health care providers to ensure that environmental pollutants impacting your health are minimised in your home environment.
My Training & Credentials
When dealing with your health and your home, it is critical that you find a service provider that you can trust. Unfortunately, poor practices appear to be common particularly when it comes to mould assessment and remediation.
I am trained through the only government-accredited mould testing and EMF testing certification courses in Australia, in addition to graduate qualifications in evaluation. I am also a member of the Australasian Society of Building Biologists.
As technologies and information evolve, I continue to pursue the most up to date industry knowledge to inform my professional practices.
