This service is designed for people referred by their healthcare practitioner for confirmed or suspected mould-related illness, or other individuals motivated to understand how to protect their family and home from mould.

If your practitioner has advised that your home environment may be contributing to ongoing symptoms, this is the most thorough way to understand what’s really happening.

Why This Assessment Matters

Mould is one of the most significant indoor pollutants—linked to a range of chronic health effects—and is particularly common in humid climates such as Northern NSW and the Gold Coast.

The Dwellness Home Assessment combines an in-person inspection with laboratory analysis using the Environmental Relative Moldiness Index (ERMI), providing the clearest picture available of your home’s microbial environment.

• 2.5 to 3-hour in-home inspection using thermal imaging, moisture meter and detailed visual assessment
  
• Professional ERMI dust collection, analysed by a certified laboratory in the USA (includes the HERTSMI-2 score)
  
• Comprehensive report detailing findings, photos, lab results, and prioritised recommendations
  
• 1-hour post-report coaching and strategy call to interpret results and plan next steps
  
• Optional practitioner communication to share findings with your treating clinician and support your care plan

Step 1: Schedule Your Assessment

Step 2: Service Agreement & Questionnaire

Once scheduled, you’ll receive a Client Services Agreement outlining terms, plus a Home Questionnaire to help me prepare for your visit.

Step 3: On-Site Assessment & ERMI Sampling

Using professional inspection tools, I’ll evaluate your home and collect the ERMI sample, focusing on moisture sources, water damage, and visible mould.

Step 4: Personalised Report & Action Plan

When lab results return, you’ll receive a full report describing findings and clear, practical recommendations to improve your home environment.

Step 5: Coaching & Strategy Call

Together, we’ll review your report and outline achievable next steps to support your recovery.

Step 6 (Optional): Case Support for Practitioners

With your permission, I’ll share key findings with your treating practitioner to help inform your care plan.
