Healthy homes are complex systems. In order to design and achieve a healthy home environment, consideration must be given to the site (e.g., orientation, history, climate), the building (e.g., age, type of construction, air pathways, materials, history of water events) and the occupants (e.g., uses, lifestyle, health conditions).

Service scope:

The scope of a Whole House Assessment will be confirmed with you following an initial consultation.

This assessment can include:

• Mould and moisture control
• House dust mite and other allergens
• Volatile Organic Compounds (VOCs)
• Noxious gases
• Heavy metals (esp. lead)
• Electromagnetic Fields (EMFs)
• Water quality
• Building materials
• Household products
• Personal care products

You will receive:

I will deliver a comprehensive report detailing the findings, supportive evidence, and recommendations.

You will receive laboratory testing results (where applicable), instrument measurements, photographs, site maps and other data.

I will recommend specific products from the Dwellness Compendium and can refer you to tradespeople, builders and architects who I work with on healthy home projects.

I will meet with you to take you through the report and to answer any questions you may have. Where applicable, I can work directly with your architect, builder or your chosen specialist trades on design and implementation of your home project.
