You’ve received detailed findings about mould, moisture, and other environmental factors affecting your health. Now it’s time to turn that insight into meaningful change.

That’s where Dwellness Coaching comes in.

Coaching programs provides hands-on, structured support to help you implement your report findings, reduce environmental triggers, and build long-term confidence in maintaining a healthy home.

It’s calm, practical, and designed for people recovering from environmental illness who need clarity, accountability, and compassionate guidance.

🩵 Currently available for local clients in Northern NSW and the Gold Coast who have completed an in-person Dwellness Mould and Moisture Home Assessment.

(Remote coaching options are in development for future clients across Australia.)

Clients who’ve completed a Mould & Moisture Home Assessment and want focused help implementing recommendations with professional oversight.

Includes:

  • 1 × 60-minute intake & goal-setting consultation
  • 2 × 60-minute follow-up sessions for implementation and troubleshooting
  • Personalised guidance through your action plan
  • Email support between sessions
  • Credit applied toward the 12-week program if you choose to continue

You’ll move from uncertainty to clarity — knowing exactly what to prioritise, what’s achievable now, and how to take confident steps toward a healthier home.

🌿 The Dwellness Recovery Path (12 Weeks)

A high-touch coaching and accountability program designed to help you systematically reduce exposure and rebuild wellbeing.

Ideal for:

Clients managing chronic or complex health conditions — such as mould-related illness, CIRS, MCAS, or environmentally acquired sensitivities — who need structured, ongoing guidance.

Delivery Model:

  • Kickoff Consultation (90 min) — review your assessment findings, map priorities, and set goals
  • 3 × Deep-Dive Sessions (60 min) — spaced for implementation and feedback
  • Weekly Check-Ins — short video, instant messaging or phone touchpoints for accountability and troubleshooting
  • Priority Message Access (Mon–Fri) — ongoing access for quick guidance on remediation or product choices
  • Resource Library Access — curated educational PDFs and healthy product recommendations
  • Optional Practitioner Liaison Call — collaboration to align your environmental plan with your clinical care
